EO Russia Policies and Procedures
Guest policy
Members Only &aqnfu; no guests of any kind
Significant Other Welcome &aqnfu; You may bring your spouse/significant other. We strive to maintain a safe, comfortable community of peers at all EO events. While we are happy to have you share your EO experience with those significant family members in your life, it is not permissible to bring business associates or other &yfdhb;outsiders&efdhb;. If there is a person you would like to introduce to our organization as a potential member, sponsor or other strategic alliance please contact the Executive Director so a special invitation can be extended.
Additional Guests Welcome with Fee &aqnfu; You may bring additional guests to events with this policy for a per-person fee, the amount of which will be posted on the invitation.
Guests Under 21 Years Old &aqnfu; Guests under the age of 21 always require advance approval from the Executive Director.
RSVP Policy
No-Show/Late Cancellation &aqnfu; Unless otherwise posted, our standing event policy states members will be charged a $100 per person fine (meaning if you RSVP plus one and do not show up your fine will be $200) if they RSVP to an event but fail to show-up to the event, or cancel less than 48 hours prior to the event. There are no acceptable exclusions to this policy. You will not be permitted to attend future EO events until you have paid your outstanding fine.
Crash/Late RSVP &aqnfu; If you show up to an event that you have not RSVP&efdhb;d for, or if you RSVP less than 48 hours prior to the event you will be charged a $50 per person fine, which must be paid on site before you enter the event.
Event Attendance Policy
In order to attend EO events members must:
o Keep a current credit card on file with a standing authorization for EO Russia to process any fees resulting from a violation of the RSVP policy. Members who are uncomfortable leaving a credit card on file have the option to make a $200 deposit via cash or check.
o Be a member in good standing
o Complete a "Release of Claims" form.
o Agree to abide by the guest and RSVP policies.
