About Adout International:

Adout is based in France and is a cultural organization that specializes in matching companies with International College students. They help give opportunities to students to experience working in the United States and a way to expand their horizons, while at the same time they help you provide a valuable perspective to the International aspects of your business. Their students are specialized in higher studies. They are all at the post-graduate or undergraduate level. Most of the students need an internship in order to receive their diplomas. It is required by their Universities.
 
How it Works:

EO Houston will receive periodic resumes for students wishing to work in Houston. Typically these students already have lodging arranged, so are anxious to find suitable employment that fits their work interest/expertise.
EO Members can request resumes at any time during the year.
 If an EO Member identifies a student intern they would like to interview, Adout will arrange a phone/Skype interview between the Member and student. At that time the member can interview the candidate to decide if there is a fit.
4.    If the employer and intern decide to move forward, Adout assists with the paperwork and coordinates the start date, etc.

Candidates are typically looking for a paid position of $1,300 - $1,800 per month for 40 hours per week. Most are immediately available for phone interviews.
