Dear EO Member:

We are launching a brand new initiative at EO Calgary called Accelerator.

Accelerator is built to help budding entrepreneurs break through the glass ceiling of $1M USD in sales. This gives them the chance to join us in EO Calgary and us the opportunity to give back. 

We do this through facilitated learning, Accountability Groups (similar to forums), and EO networking events. Our goal is to launch with 15 members on October 28^th.  We have 7 accepted members running companies that range from optical stores to Internet security to executive plane grooming.  We also have two moderators signed up and 7 founding sponsors.

This has been a grass roots effort with many members of EO Calgary stepping up to get involved through sponsorship or agreeing to moderate or participate on the committee to make this all happen.

 IMPORTANT - Almost every new member has come to us by way of referral from an EO member.

Special thank you to  Andrew Watts, Pat Ottman, Derrick Hunter, Louis Stack, Peter Dorey, and Wendy Coombs (if I missed anyone, I apologize) who have all recommended prospective members.

Each of us involved in Accelerator agrees we would have benefitted from the opportunity to meet, discuss and learn from entrepreneurs who have already been there.   

We want to help the next wave of Calgary entrepreneurs get there faster and we need your help.
